Cocktail Corner: w/ Cassie from Lovebucket: May 3, 2018

Cassie from Lovebucket joins us to make 10/10 cocktail with Ableforth's Rumbullion Rum & Bathtub Gin.

In a boston shaker add:

1 cube x Sugar (Demerara if possible)

1 x juice of half a lime

30 ml x Ableforth's Rumbullion Rum

10 ml x Ableforth's Bathtub Gin 

20 ml x Navy strength gin

1 x Egg white

15 ml x Orgeat Syrup

Add a few heavy dashes of the following bitters:

Cocao Bitters

Ginger Bitters

Black Walnut bitters

Tiki bitters

SHAKE in Boston

Strain into chilled Coupe glass
