Cocktail Corner: w/ Cassie from Lovebucket: May 31, 2018

Cassie from Lovebucket makes another wonderous Ableforth's Rumbullion cocktail.

In a boston or bullet shaker add

1 x Demararo cube

1/2 x lime juiced

1 x bar spoon pomegranet molasses

1 x dash house made molasses bitters

30 ml x cold water

60 ml x Ableforths Rum (3 rum blend Rumbullion/gunpowder/blackstrap)

Shake on ice.

Strain into ice filled tumbler. 

Garnish with coffee & pimento bitters.
