MP3 Noelle McCarthy and Bernard Darnton

MP3, 6m02s, 1.4MB, first broadcast 12 September 2006

The election funding controversy is continuing to run and run with plenty of mud being slung on both sides. The question of whether or not the Labour Party acted illegally in funding their pledge card out of the Leadership fund will shortly be ruled on by the Attorney-General. Bernard Darnton of Libertarianz isn't content with that though - he feels so strongly about Labour party's actions that he's taking a private suit against the party and it's leader. Helen Clark says it's part of a vast right-wing conspiracy against the governmentt, he says she has taken money out of the tax payers' pockets.
