Pennie Black flips through her record collection to bring you a Monday afternoon programme where it's the music that counts, playing the songs that soundtrack our alternative pasts and our unconventional present. Discerning listeners will hear hits from the classic era of 95bFM all the way to the now sounds of tomorrow, where the jingle-jangle of 80s alt-pop meets the modern noir sounds of effects-pedal dreamers; and the raw excitement of the 60s garage sits beside shimmering synth-pop from near and far.
Pennie is joined in the studio with Adolf + Dean from Rebel Truce to talk about the forthcoming The Lost Tapes EP release, and Punk-O-Ween at Galatos this weekend. The 7" EP is only available at the show, details and tickets available from Under The Radar here
