Jonny & Big Hungry are joined by Brendon from the Thirsty Dog and Kevin from Free Bird to make a Hangover Mary. 

Build in a rimmed pint glass.

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Vodka
  • Salt & pepper
  • Dash of Frank's Red Hot
  • Dash of Worcester sauce 
  • 15ml Pickle juice
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • Serve with 2 wings hanging over the glass and a pickle

1 x large slice of Cucumber

Top glass with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water

  • 30ml Green Chartreuse
  • 100ml Ginger Beer
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • Garnish with lime in a tall glass

Jack from Love Bucket makes a Sweet Bitterness:

  • 30ml of Cynar in a tall glass
  • 15ml Saffron infused Gin
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Lemon Bitters
  • Fill the glass with ice
  • Top with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic
  • Light stir (bob the spoon up and down)
  • Garnish with an orange peel

Neal from Red Bar overcomes the loss of his bicycle to give us his take on the classic Negroni:

  • 20ml Gin
  • 20ml Campari
  • 10ml Lime
  • 10ml Orange Juice

Build in tall glass over ice, and top with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water. For best results stir the Gin and Campari together over ice before building the drink. The exact measurements are a closely guarded secret so this recipe is approximate, for the real deal you'll have to go see Neal himself at Red Bar.

Neal & Harry from Red Bar make a most excellent "Now the Bitter, Now the Sweet" 

Into a shaker with ice add:

1 x Half a muddled lime

30 ml x Frangelico

30 ml x Sagatiba Pura Cachaca 

1 x teaspoon of sugar

Shake & strain into a tumbler full of crushed ice. 

Top with Fever Tree tonic water.

It's delicious!

This week we are joined by Sly, a bar so secretive they didn't even tell us the name of the cocktail:

Recipe:

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • 30ml Mezcal Gracias a Dios
  • 15ml Creme de Cassis
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • Shake and strain into a glass (preferably in the shape of a skull)
  • Top with Fever Tree Smokey Ginger Beer
  • Garnish with a slice of lime

Drink on the down low.

In a copper mug full with ice, add:

40ml x Pusser's British Navy Rum

20ml x Rambutan Juice

20 ml x Lime Juice 

Dash x Sugar Syrup

Top glass with Fever Tree ginger beer. Garnish with sprig of mint & mace / nutmeg shell

Craig, Nico, and Hannah from Northern Line make Jonny and Big Hungry their take on a Bramble:

"The Sichuan Salt Lamp"

  • Built in a glass full of ice
  • 40ml Martin Miller's Gin
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml Blackberry Cassis Liquor (or 15ml Hibiscus & Sichuan mixture)
  • Top with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic

This little number totally rules. Be sure to head to Northern Line and experience it firsthand. Yum!
